Pediatric orthopaedics at St. Peter’s Health offers specialized care that is tailored to infants, children and adolescents. Our practice treats a high-volume of children with hip dysplasia,  clubfoot, sports injuries and fractures.

Our orthopaedic care team includes an orthopaedic surgeon and advanced practice providers (APPs) such as nurses, certified medical assistants, orthopaedic technicians, athletic trainers, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Our APPs are available to provide you with in-depth follow-up care.

Quality Pediatric Orthopaedic Care at St. Peter’s

  • Specialized pediatric care: Dr. Kerry Hale is one of only two pediatric orthopaedic surgeons in Montana. After completing her residency at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Hale conducted a pediatric orthopaedic fellowship in New Zealand. This specialized training gives her the expertise necessary to address children’s unique needs.

We know that being active is a key part of a child’s life: Our goal is to help your child maintain or even improve activity levels through a custom-tailored treatment plan.  
  • Clubfoot and dysplasia experience: Dr. Hale has extensive experience treating clubfoot and hip dysplasia. For both clubfoot and congenital hip dysplasia, the key is beginning treatment as early as possible.
