The St. Peter’s COVID-19 Primary Care Vaccination Clinic, or POD (point-of-distribution), is offering first and second vaccines to everyone 16 years and older. Second dose appointments for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are available to those who have received a first dose at a mobile clinic or other location.

Vaccine appointments

If you are 16 years or older, you can make a vaccine appointment for your first dose through our online appointment system. An online appointment is required and age will be verified at each appointment. Second dose appointments will be made at the time of the first appointment. 

Second dose appointments for those who received the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at a mobile clinic or other location must be made at minimum three weeks (21 days) after the first dose of Pfizer or 4 weeks (28 days) after the first dose of Moderna. First dose dates will be verified via CDC vaccination cards at the time of the second dose appointment.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

The St. Peter’s COVID-19 Primary Care Vaccination POD is located at the St. Peter’s Health Medical Group - Broadway Clinic, 2550 Broadway St. Please enter through the main entrance. 

Please bring: 

  • Photo ID with your birthdate

  • Your insurance card

  • Your CDC vaccination card if it is your second dose 

Please note: 

  • Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • All COVID-19 precautions will be enforced, including masking and physical distancing

  • Patients must stay for 15-30 minutes after vaccination for observation

  • We ask that you wear loose fitting clothing so it is easy for our team to give you the shot

  • If you are receiving your first dose, we will schedule your second dose appointment at the time of your first appointment

Please cancel your reservation via your Wait While confirmation email or by calling 406-441-5191 if you:

  • Are unable to make your appointment.

  • Have close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 and are isolating at home at the time of your appointment

  • Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 OR are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at the time of your appointment
