We recognize that you have a choice when it comes to your healthcare needs so thank you for choosing St. Peter’s Hospital.  We acknowledge that we have had challenges with our patient billing and statement processes. We have heard your concerns and are striving to make major improvements in this area.  St. Peter’s Hospital recently entered into an engagement with PatientMatters, LLC to enhance our patient registration and billing services. 

During this transition, you may be receiving a statement for services which were not previously billed to you. For your benefit we are allowing you extra time to satisfy these balances or request financial assistance. Please contact us so that we may work with you on appropriate arrangements.

As we undergo this transition, please take a moment to review the accuracy of your statement and any existing payment plans.  Please refer to the "Related Areas" at the top right of this screen, including the "Understanding Your Bill" page for more information about your statement and the billing process. 

Please call our Patient Billing Services at 406-447-2783 or 855-576-0060, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, to apply for financial assistance, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your bill. 

Refund Policy and Privacy Notice

If you have overpaid on your account and your payment can not be applied to another account with us, we will process and mail a refund check to you.
