Public Input Sought on CEO Search

The public is invited to provide their input at a community forum about the search for St. Peter’s new President & CEO Monday, Aug. 6, from 6-7:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Education Center.

Staff from Quick Leonard Kieffer (QLK) of Chicago, a leading healthcare executive search firm which was retained by St. Peter’s to assist in its search, will introduce themselves and the firm and share the process they will use for the search.  The audience will be able to ask questions and provide input on what attributes they think are important in the new President & CEO. 

QLK was selected by St. Peter’s Board Search Committee on July 13.  Following its site visit to St. Peter’s which includes this forum; QLK will complete a landscape assessment and make recommendations for next steps.  The firm’s staff also plans to attend St. Peter’s Board Retreat in September and expects to complete their work late this Fall.

Serving on the search committee are hospital Board members Dr. Maria Braman, Dr. Tom Strizich, Sheila Hogan, and Mark Taylor, and former Board members Mary Sheehy-Moe (chair) and Candace Cain.  Also serving are John Green representing Senior Management; Dr. Dick Sargent, non-Board physician; and Mike Cooney and Joan Miles, public representatives.
