Registration for the free screening is required. You must have an appointment; we unfortunately cannot accept unregistered walk-ins. Registration will close at noon on Wednesday, March 30. The free screenings are limited to the first 150 people who register.

The screening is comprised of a lipid panel blood test that measures your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and fasting blood glucose level. For accurate results, we ask that you fast for 12 hours before your appointment. The results from the morning blood tests will be mailed to you within 24 hours.

We also offer additional tests at affordable prices; for more information please click here.

If you have any questions, please call us at 444-2128.
