Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for everyone at St. Peter’s. The clinics and the hospital regularly measure patient satisfaction through a weekly survey process. Questions include the quality of care, friendliness of staff, information given, and waiting times.
All of the surveys are sent to Press Ganey, a satisfaction measurement company in South Bend, Indiana. Once the company inputs and measures the data, reports are sent to St. Peter’s, comparing our results with those of nearly 1,000 other clinics and hospitals of all sizes throughout the nation.
Following clinic visits, some patients may receive a patient satisfaction survey. Please take this opportunity to tell us how we are doing so we can continually make improvements. Survey results and comments are regularly shared with all clinic staff.
