St. Peter’s Medical Group is offering special youth sports physical clinics for the community on July 17 and 18.

The providers at St. Peter’s Medical Group Broadway, located at 2550 Broadway across from the hospital, will offer youth sports physicals from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.  On Wednesday, July 18, sports physicals will be offered from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. Peter’s Medical Group North, 3330 Ptarmigan Lane.

Physicals will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, no appointment is needed.  Cost is $25 at the time of the physical and no insurance will be accepted. 

Participants should bring a Pre-Participation Physical Exam Form with the front page filled out prior to an appointment.  Forms are available on the Montana High School Association website:   http://www.mhsa.org/.  Parents must be present with students under 18 years of age.
