Cancer Resource Center

St. Peter’s Cancer Resource Center in conjunction with the American Cancer Society provides a comprehensive source for cancer education and information. Located just inside the Cancer Treatment Center, the Resource Center houses a complete library of cancer-related books, videos, DVDs and brochures about cancer prevention, screening, risks, diagnosis, treatment and help with coping. Internet access is provided and guidance and education is available from Resource Center volunteers who will help answer questions about cancer. Materials can be checked out to share with family and friends. The Resource Center also provides hats and other materials for patients. Open Monday- Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Additional volunteers are always welcome. They are provided an extensive training by American Cancer Society staff. For more information, view volunteer opportunities at www.stpetes.org
