Lee Bowlby
Lee Bowlby, BS, R.T., (R) (T).CMD, is a radiation professional who has been working in radiation oncology and diagnostic radiology since 1993. He is nationally certified in medical dosimetry as well as radiography and radiation therapy. Lee has been at St. Peters Hospital Cancer Treatment Center since 1999.

Jan Winegar and Billie Mattson
Jan Winegar, RT, (R), (T), began her Radiation Therapy career in 1993. She worked for Benefis Healthcare for 12 years before joining the St. Peter’s Cancer Treatment Center in 2006. She is Board Certified in both Radiation Therapy and Radiology. Jan brings experience to the team and takes pride in patient care.
Billie Mattson, RT, (R), (T), has been working in patient care since 1998. She joined St. Peter’s staff in 2005. Billie has certifications in radiation, radiology and computer tomography. The highlights of her life are her family and her patients.
