Yield: 1 16 ounce drink, to be put in travel mug and sipped on the go.
1/3 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon flax meal
1 teaspoon wheat germ
6 baby carrots
1/3 cup calcium fortified soy milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1/3 cup calcium fortified orange juice
Preparations
Put all ingredients in blender from yogurt through soy milk and blend until carrots are liquefied. Add berries and orange juice and continue blending until smooth.
