St. Peter’s Hospice has been active in the Helena community since 1975, starting as a all volunteer Hospice. The Hospice offices are located in the HomeLink building on the hospital campus.

Hospice of St. Peter’s serves patients in all the surrounding communities within 60 miles of Helena and accepts patients that meet Hospice criteria, regardless of payor source.

Hospice provides skilled nurses with expertise in pain management and symptom control, aides, volunteers, medical social services, spiritual counseling and support as well as equipment, oxygen and medical supplies.

St. Peter’s Hospice works closely with the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living homes and the Veteran’s Administration in Helena to assure hospice services are available to anyone with a terminal diagnosis who needs Hospice care.
