Two Radiologists Join Medical Staff

St. Peter’s Hospital recently recruited two new Board Certified Radiologists for the Helena Community, Jeffrey Georgia, M.D., of Bethesda, Md., and Aldo Battiste, Jr., M.D., of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Dr. Georgia had served as an Interventional Radiologist and an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services Univ. of the Health Sciences.  He attended Dartmouth Medical School and completed his residency at the National Naval Medical Center.  He has served as a Naval Flight Surgeon, an Emergency Room Director and as a Medical Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency.  Dr. Georgia brings 27-years of radiology experience to Helena.

Aldo Battiste, Jr., M.D., had been in private medical imaging practice for the past three years.  He earned his Medical Degree from Creighton Univ. School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb. and completed his residency in diagnostic imaging at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla. and The University of Florida Health Science Center.  Dr. Battiste has over 21-years in the Diagnostic Radiology profession.

Both physicians will practice at St. Peter's Diagnostic Imaging Department.
