   The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive at St. Peter’s Hospital, Wednesday, April 14, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  To make an appointment, visit www.givelife.org, or call 444-2130.  Walk-ins are welcome.   St. Peter’s is located at 2475 Broadway.  Enter through the Main Entrance, off Winne Avenue.

  Blood collected at Helena blood drives serves the local community first, with excess shipped anywhere in the country where there is a need.  One unit of blood often saves more than one life because the blood is divided into blood cells, plasma and platelet’s, which can be used for up to three different patients.
