2006 St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament

The 2006 Tournament was held on Friday, August 11^th at Green Meadow Country Club. It was a beautiful day for this 4-person scramble with proceeds benefiting the Foundation’s 2006 campaign that will help the Hospital to install a Digital Mammography Imaging System, technology to support early detection – and early treatment – of beast cancer. Under the leadership of this year’s tournament chair, Meg Lewis, the tournament realized a net of over $24,000!

Prizes were offered to each team member of the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place net and gross teams along with chances to win a 2006 vehicle and a $10,000 cash prize for hole-in-ones. There were many other fun, prize-winning events throughout the day.

This year’s winning teams were: First gross - Allegra Print and Imaging; First net   - Tupper Team; Second gross - Montana Veterinary Specialists; Second net - Galusha Higgins Galusha; Third gross - Payne Financial Group/MT International Insurance; and Third net - KMTX Radio.

An added surprise this year….Mrs. Montana, Cherith Hamilton was on hand to sell raffle tickets and distribute prizes to the day’s winning players and teams.

For the past eight years, the Sponsors and Participants of the Tournament have enabled the Foundation to assist the Hospital with obtaining the latest technologies available as well as expand other healthcare services for our friends and family members.
