Community Education Classes

Four session series covers recognizing the signs and symptoms of labor, breathing and relaxations skills, pain management options, coach's role and involvement during labor and Caesarean deliveries.   A tour of the O.B. floor is included as well as procedures for hospital registration.  Class meets Thursdays in December (6, 13, 20, 27) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Cost includes new mom and her birthing partner.
