Community Education Classes
Able To Be Fit
This class is designed for people of all abilities to increase strength, range of motion and flexibility. Some light cardio may be added to the ability of each participant as desired. Exercises are performed seated and standing enabling gains to be made with balance and muscle tone. Resistance bands are used for added variety and motor skill enhancement. Class is every Thursday at St. Peter's Hospital at 11:15 a.m. and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
