This 10-month nutritional and physical activity course focuses on the prevention of diabetes and heart disease through lifestyle change. Inch by Inch is offered on various weekdays over the noon hour and in the evening through 3 different sessions:
- January 16, 2012 through October 15, 2012
- January 17, 2012 through October 16, 2012
- January 18, 2012 through October 17, 2012
To be eligible, participants must have a referral from their physician and commit to keeping a daily log of food intake and physical activity (with a goal of spending 150 minutes per week engaged in moderate physical activity).
