Urgent Care

Kay Bills-Kazimi completed her studies at the Stanford University Primary Care Associate Program in Palo Alto, Calif.  Her medical career has included serving as an assistant medical director with the International Medical Corps in Peshawar, Pakistan, where she coordinated Afghan and American medical staff and supervised malnutrition clinics and patient education.  She also served as chief medical officer for the Peace Corp in Warsaw, Poland.

Rachel Mattern, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings and her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Carroll College. She holds national board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow in the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. She has Physician Assistant experience in both family practice and urgent care.

Dr. Book is a board-certified Family Practice physician with the American Board of Family Practice.  He earned his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency training in family practice at Washington-St Tammany Medical Center. Dr. book opened Helena Urgent Care in 1996. He and his wife have two grown children; his hobbies include woodworking and soccer.
